Dr Catherine Elizabeth STONE

Cosmetic Surgeon

New Zealand

Biography

Dr Catherine Stone started 'The Face Place' as NZ's first specialised Botox clinic in 2001 after leaving the surgical training program at Middlemore Hospital, where she was training towards Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. After attending several symposiums with the Carruthers and many other top international doctors in 2001-2003, she was inspired by the concept of the medical spa, and re-launched The Face Place MedSpa as NZ's first medical spa in 2004, offering only safe, simple and effective non-surgical treatments. Catherine was one of the key cosmetic physicians in the NZ version of the TV series "Ten Years Younger", which was distributed to over 40 countries. As a result of this (and word of mouth about the natural looking results the clinic is renowned for) The Face Place has a significant number of international clients who fly to NZ regularly for treatment. The demand from the Northern Hemisphere has lead Catherine to start working with Drs Tapan Patel and Raj Acquilla at Phi clinic in Harley St, which she attends every 3 months while her team looks after patients back in NZ. Catherine has a passion for learning, and looks forward to sharing new ideas and recent experiences with you and the other IMCAS attendees
