Biography
I am a specialist in the treatment of hair and scalp disorders and involved in fundamental hair stem cell research and clinical studies since 1992 in close collaboration with universities and (academic) hospitals. Besides developing several new therapies and treatment methods in the field of hair diseases and burns, I also study and develop new physiological concepts in the field of cardiology, neurodegenerative diseases and burns. The newest technique which I developed in the field of hair restoration is Partial Longitudinal Follicular Unit Transplantation (PL-FUT) also known as HairStemcell Transplantation® (HST).
