As a leader in her profession, Dr. Cyndi Yag-Howard is Vice President-Elect of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the AAD, on the Board of Directors of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), Past President of the Florida Academy of Dermatology, Past Vice President of the Women’s Dermatologic Society, and Chair of the American Medical Association’s Dermatology Section Council, responsible for representing all dermatologists and their patients. She is also on the Editorial Board of JAAD and Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Yag-Howard is the recipient of multiple prestigious Presidential Citations from the AAD and the ASDS. She is also the recipient of the Castle Connolly Exceptional Women in Medicine Award, Castle Connolly Top Doctor Award, Consumer Research Council of America’s Top Dermatologist Award, Trademark Who’s Who Award, and Lifetime Member of Cambridge’s Who’s Who.

Dr. Yag-Howard specializes in facial aesthetics and skin cancer surgery, and routinely lectures nationally and internationally on the art of aesthetics and facial sculpting, as well as the use of innovative aesthetic and surgical techniques to achieve outstanding cosmetic outcomes. Her innovative surgical and aesthetic techniques are published in peer-reviewed journals, and she is frequently interviewed about her innovative techniques.

Dr. Yag-Howard is a board-certified dermatologist, an Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, and the Owner and CEO of Yag-Howard Cosmetic Dermatology (YHCD) in Naples, FL, USA.
