Dr. Henrique CINTRA

Henrique Pessoa Ladvocat Cintra, MD, is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Born the December 22nd 1956 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he graduated at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro in 1980. Did his training in general surgery at the University Hospital for 3 years and his training in plástic surgery was at the Pontifical University of Rio de Janeiro with professor Ivo Pitanguy from 1984 to 1986.After his graduation he became a full member of Brazilian Plastic Surgery Society .He is assistant professor at Institute Ivo Pitanguy post gradution course of plástic surgery since 1987. In 2010 he was named medical diretor of the craniofacial unit at the State University of Rio de Janeiro. Dr.Cintra has one of the longest clinical experience with polyurethane breast implants that began in 1989 as his first and only choice.
