Dr Iñigo De Felipe (Eibar, Spain 1968) was graduated from Navarra University Medical School in 1992 where he did his Dermatology Residency and PhD research program. In 1997 he was awarded best Dermatology resident by the spanish academy of Dermato-Veneroelogy. He has also been trained in Boston at Harvard University and in Stockholm at the Karolinska Institute.He is currently the medical director of a dermatology group in Spain and has been in the advisory board and a key opinion leader in several Pharmaceutical and medical industry companies such as Allergan, Pierre Fabre, Candela, ESC, Lumenis, Milesman, Viora, Photonova and several others. He is also working presently as an associate professor in the University of Navarra in collaboration with several research programs.He has written several chapters in books and published more than 40 articles in peer reviewed journals. He has been lecturing worldwide and training doctors in almost every country in Europe and widely in America, Asia and Africa as an expert on lasers and aesthetic dermatology. He is well known for his research on Hyaluronic acid, Radiofrequency and LED therapy in Dermatology. Though being a science oriented dermatologist, his first publications were not medical papers but cartoons and illustrations at the age of 12. Dr De Felipe is a talented pianist and performed in several concerts in his youth. He shares this passion for music with his beloved son in Barcelona where he presently lives.
