Dr. Ong is a cardiothoracic assistant surgeon and aesthetic physician with more than a decade of surgical experience in minimally invasive and robotic thoracic and cardiac procedures. He has co‑authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in thoracic and cardiac surgery and presented at international meetings including IASLC, WSCVTS, ATCSA, ASCVTS, IMCAS, and AMWC. He serves as a reviewer for Thoracic Cancer and conducted translational implementation research in AI for lung cancer detection and management. His research also includes biomaterials, regenerative medicine, and 3D/4D bioprinting, with applications in tissue engineering and clinical medicine.
In addition, he has a strong interest in facial aesthetics, specializing in anatomy-driven Botox treatments. Each treatment is tailored to the patient’s individual facial structure, optimizing expression, symmetry, and natural results while minimizing risk and discomfort. His approach combines evidence-based protocols and advanced injection techniques, with a deep understanding of facial musculature.
