Biography

Dr. Michelle Westcott is a distinguished aesthetic practitioner with over 19 years of experience, renowned for her expertise in facial injectables and skin health treatments. Educated at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, she holds a Bachelor of Nursing and an MB.BCh degree, alongside an Advanced Diploma in Emergency Medicine. Her postgraduate studies include an Advanced Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the Foundation for Professional Development and further specialization from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr. Westcott's career spans various leadership roles, including serving as the Medical Director at Nu Youth Medical Aesthetics in Ireland and leading Aesthetic Medical Educator at the Aesthetic Training Academy Ireland. Her clinical practice emphasizes holistic patient care, integrating meticulous diagnostic assessments with personalized treatment plans. Michelle’s commitment extends beyond individual patient interactions to shaping the broader field through her role as an executive committee member of the Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicines Society of South Africa. Congress speaker at AAMSSA. KOL for Galderma, Sinclair Pharmacy, Ispen, Mint Lift and Filmed. 

Her accolades include multiple finalist positions for Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year, recognizing her contributions to education and clinical excellence.
