Biography
The KNS Group constructed the upscale, meticulously designed township known as KNS Samooha. It is situated in Nelamangla, Kasaba Hobli, North Bangalore, at Kanegowdanhalli. The project spans 150 acres, which is about the size of a small village. KNS Samooha is a gated community with around 2500 residential plots. The proposal features 12 m internal roadways and 24 m master plan broad roads. It features well-designed layouts and robust basic infrastructure, such as water lines, electrical planning, and drainage.
