Laurent BRONES

Laurent Brones is a senior biomaterials engineer with more than 30 years of experience dedicated to the fields of medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep expertise at the intersection of science, technology, and clinical practice, with a strong focus on injectable medical devices and biomaterials.

Over 18 years at Symatese, and through his broader professional journey, Laurent has built a solid and comprehensive background in general management, business development, sales, marketing, and corporate communication within the medical device industry. His ability to bridge scientific innovation with market strategy has positioned him as a recognized leader in the aesthetics sector, capable of supporting both product development and international market deployment.

Laurent began his career at Inamed (now part of Allergan), where he spent over a decade (1992–2005) gaining foundational experience in medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. He then joined Ultrashape (now Syneron Candela) from 2006 to 2008, further expanding his exposure to innovative aesthetic technologies. From 2008 to 2015, he held key roles at Perouse Medical and Symatese, contributing to the development and commercialization of advanced medical devices. Since 2008, he has continued his professional journey at Symatese, where he remains actively involved in strategic and operational initiatives.

In parallel with his corporate responsibilities, Laurent serves as IMCAS TRIBUNE Coordinator, reinforcing his role as a key opinion leader and trusted interlocutor for healthcare professionals, industry experts, and international stakeholders. Through this role, he actively contributes to scientific dissemination, expert dialogue, and the advancement of best practices in medical aesthetics.
