Leslie Harris is currently Global General Manager for SkinCeuticals, a premium professional dispensing brand within the active division of L'Oreal USA. In this role she is responsible for the strategic direction of new innovations in product and science for the brand on a global level. Prior to this responsibility, Leslie held positions as Assistant Vice President of Skincare Product Innovation for Garnier US and Director of Global Marketing at Kiehl’s Since 1851, both also under the umbrella of L’Oreal USA. In these positions, she was responsible for the direction of new development and launch plans for the skincare, body, and fragrance categories. Leslie has previous marketing and finance experience in both cosmetics and fashion, and began her career in Investment Banking. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wellesley College (cum laude), a Master of Arts degree in Fashion History and Theory from the London College of Fashion (first honors and distinction), and a Master of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology (Valedictorian and Departmental Honors). She is an active beauty historian and serves as adjunct faculty at FIT, teaching graduate level courses in the History of Beauty.
