Paul Navarre was Corporate Vice President and President for Allergan, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He leads the European Management team and was responsible for the strategic direction as well as operations of Allergan within this fast growing and dynamic region with more than 3,000 employees. He had steered the organization through a period of considerable challenge and change, whilst continuing to deliver impressive growth.Prior to his current role, Paul served Allergan in a number of business and management positions. He joined the company in 2008 as General Manager, France and quickly assumed the role of European Senior Marketing Director, Ophthalmology before being promoted to the role of Vice President and Managing Director, Ophthalmology and then Vice President and Managing Director, Neurosciences and Urology. During his tenure at Allergan, Paul has consistently applied his considerable commercial and business expertise to ensure business success by focusing on customer needs. Paul started his career at Procter and Gamble, firstly in a range of consumer marketing and customer centric roles of increasing seniority, and latterly in positions of management for P&G’s pharmaceuticals countries. Paul worked in many companies during his years with P&G including France, Italy, Switzerland and the US. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the ISC Paris and has an extensive breadth of experience generated during his career at both P&G and Allergan
