VICTOR (Pico) COVARRUBIAS

Is the founder of Pico Adworks, pioneer of boutique agencies in Mexico 20 years ago.
He is one of the most thought-after creatives in the country with experience covering all types of communication from music, services, consumer brands and political marketing, all of which has translated into a great number of awards and accolades on a national and international level.
