Dr. Youcef Ben Khalifa is an accomplished research leader in the cosmetics industry with over 20 years of experience across health and beauty. He currently serves as International Beauty Research & Performance Director at CHANEL. Holding a PhD in cancer research from the University of Medicine of Paris XI, he brings deep expertise in skin biology, molecular biology, and cell and tissue engineering.

Throughout his distinguished career—spanning CHANEL, BASF, L’Oréal, Institut Pasteur, and A*STAR Singapore—Dr. Ben Khalifa has driven innovation in R&D, project leadership, and advanced evaluation methods in cosmetic science.
