Integrated multi-depth energy-based remodeling for skin longevity

Objetivos: To investigate the early effects of a triple-layer energy-based intervention on structural skin longevity parameters, including tissue firmness, contour integrity, lifting, skin quality, and dermal remodeling, using quantitative 3D imaging and ultrasound assessment in individuals with early aging changes. Introducción: Skin longevity shifts the focus from anti-aging to preserving long-term skin structure, regenerative capacity, and biomechanical function. Aging affects multiple tissue layers through dermal matrix degradation, declining collagen quality, reduced elasticity, and weakening of the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS). Because single-modality energy-based devices (EBDs) target limited tissue depths, they may not fully address these complex changes. A multi-layer regenerative approach may better support skin longevity by promoting coordinated remodeling across the facial architecture. Materiales / método: This prospective study enrolled 30 subjects aged 25–40 years with mild skin laxity and early facial aging. Participants underwent a single-session multi-layer regenerative protocol combining MMFU , Monopolar RF and Microneedle RF targeting the SMAS and deep dermis, monopolar RF targeting the deep dermis and subcutaneous tissue, and microneedle RF targeting the superficial and mid-dermis. Assessments at baseline and 1 month included 3D imaging, skin quality evaluation, high-frequency ultrasound measurement of dermal thickness, and safety monitoring. Resultados: All participants completed the study without serious adverse events. At 1 month, subjects demonstrated enhanced tissue support, volumetric lifting, dermal tightening, and improved wrinkle appearance, pore visibility, and skin texture. Quantitative 3D imaging showed consistent multi-layer structural remodeling, suggesting improved biomechanical integrity and tissue resilience. High-frequency ultrasound revealed increased dermal thickness, supporting early dermal matrix remodeling and collagen reorganization. Conclusión: Triple-layer energy-based intervention demonstrated significant early improvements in tissue support, skin quality, biomechanical integrity, and dermal thickness within 1 month. Ultrasound findings suggest activation of dermal remodeling, while simultaneous targeting of the SMAS, deep dermis, and superficial dermal layers promotes coordinated multi-layer tissue renewal. These findings support the role of comprehensive energy-based regenerative strategies as a non-surgical platform for prejuvenation, tissue resilience enhancement, and long-term structural skin longevity.
