Objectives: The objective of this presentation is to show the characteristic ethnic features of the Middle eastern Face, the best ways to correct any esthetic weakness while preserving the ethnic natural beauty.

Introduction: Facial Contouring is an important treatment in medical esthetics. It is the new trend in facial fillers injection where the transition between one facial esthetic unit and other becomes smoother, the volume is adjusted only in depleted sites while the facial natural ethnic beauty is preserved.

Materials / method: A description of typical Middle Eastern Faces will be done followed by a clinical management of similar cases using Stylage (Vivacy-France) hyaluronic acid fillers.

Results: Despite a high genetic mixture witnessed in the Middle East region, the ethnic Middle Eastern face present in general the following features: Hollow temples, depressed lateral cheek bones, volume depleted mid-cheek due to a drop in the midcheek fat pad, a protruding nasal hump, a small internally rotated upper lip, a hollow lower cheek, a weak mandibular angle, and in most cases a retrognathia.

Conclusion: Facial Contouring is an amazing clinical tool in esthetic clinic where natural beauty is enhanced and ethnic beauty can be preserved.

Objectives: Achieve attractive facial contour with injectables HA filler in Asian patients.

Introduction: As we know, Asian skins and Caucasian skins are different, and so are Asian and Caucasian faces. Generally, East Asian female faces are wider and larger, with flatter facial features, higher zygomas, and more prominent masseters than their Caucasian counterparts.

Materials / method: This presentation will focus on the beautification and reversal of aging signs and beautification in Asian women, and will include a concept which I call the “MTV Lift”. The “MTV Lift” comes from “Midface augmentation and recontouring”; “T-area recontouring and reshaping” (the T area refers to the temporal area, the forehead, the glabella, the eyebrows, the nose, and the lips); and “V-lift”, or lower-face contour lifting.

Results: By using different Vivacy HA products in different facial areas, depth and combining different injection techniques and treatment sequences for optimize the facial contouring of Asian women.

Conclusion: Use the special MTV Lift treatment with suitable Vivacy HA fillers can successfully reverse aging signs and create beautification in Asian women.
