Objectives: This presentation aims to discuss the potential benefits of combining CaHA with polymicronutrient (PMN) solutions, focusing on its mechanisms of action, applications, and clinical versatility. Through in vitro evaluations and clinical case discussions, the session will explore how this combination may influence collagen stimulation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and overall aesthetic outcomes. Clinical applications will be illustrated with examples from the face, neck, hands, and abdomen, highlighting different dilution protocols and treatment strategies.
Introduction: Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) is a well-established biostimulator in aesthetic medicine, known for its ability to enhance skin firmness and stimulate collagen production. When injected, it provides both immediate volume and long-term regenerative effects by activating fibroblast activity and extracellular matrix remodeling. Recent approaches have explored CaHA dilution in polymicronutrient solutions, which contain non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, vitamins, polynucleotides, and other bioactive molecules. These solutions aim to enhance hydration, stimulate cellular activity, and optimize colla
Materials / method: This study analyzed the effects of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) diluted in a polymicronutrient (PMN) solution containing non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, vitamins, polynucleotides, and bioactive molecules. In vitro assessments evaluated fibroblast viability and collagen synthesis. Clinically, CaHA+PMN was applied to the face, neck, hands, and abdomen following specific dilution protocols.
Results: Findings from in vitro assessments suggest that the addition of polymicronutrients may enhance fibroblast viability and collagen synthesis, supporting a more robust regenerative response. Clinically, improvements in skin texture, elasticity, and volume restoration have been observed across multiple treatment areas.
Conclusion: The integration of CaHA with a polymicronutrient solution represents a versatile and promising approach for facial and body rejuvenation. By combining bio-stimulation with PMN may offer a valuable tool for practitioners seeking to optimize tissue regeneration and aesthetic outcomes. Future discussions must explore polymicronutrients composition, optimal dilution ratios, treatment intervals, and long-term collagen remodeling effects.
