Objectives: 1.Diagnose the decrease site of subcutaneous soft tissue due to aging.
2.Roughly predict the amount of tissue you want to inflate and collect enough blood.
3.Create PRPF by adding appropriate amount of b-FGF to PRP : PRP +b-FGF is PRPF.
4.Inject PRPF subcutaneously in the decrease site of soft tissue
5.Adipose tissue almost equivalent to the amount of PRPF injected is regenerated one month later.
6.Not only the tissue augmentation effect of lipogenesis, but also the skin rejuvenation effect is observed in all cases. These effects persist for an average of approximately 4 years.

Introduction: Platelets are containers for multiple cytokines, which must be activated to release (degranulate) cytokines to produce physiological effects. It is also known that cytokines are dramatically more effective when they are applied locally and continuously for a certain period of time, and this method of adding an appropriate amount of b-FGF to PRP (hereafter referred to as PRPF therapy) is liquid before injection, but gels immediately after injection, forming a cytokine network similar to a physiological wound healing response, which is called "lipogenesis. Materials / method: PRPF is prepared by adding 10μg of b-FGF to 1ml of PRP purified to 1 to 2 million/ μl by the double spin method. It uses a b-FGF preparation made by a biotechnology called Fiblast, which is sold as a treatment for skin ulcer in Japan.
PRPF is a liquid in vitro and can be injected with a 30 gauge needle. And it immediately changes to gel in vivo.

Results: The gelled PRPF remained there for a period of time and produces approximately equal amounts of fat in one month. After that, there is no change in volume.Not only that, skin rejuvenation effect is also recognized in all cases. Even better, these effects last an average of 4 years.
In addition, since the fat produced by PRPF is the same as local fat, it has the advantage of not being affected by weight gain and loss.

Conclusion: From these advantages, I can conclude that PRPF therapy is superior to fat injection.
We have performed PRPF therapy in more than 500 patients between 2013 and 2022.
In this presentation, I describe the outline of PRPF therapy and report its efficacy and long-term effects from the viewpoint of cytokine functions.

Objectives: Facial rejuvenation is a rapidly growing field as patientsseek to obtain “the fountain of youth.” A thorough approach to facial rejuvenation necessitates a multi-modal approach that addresses all of the changes that occur with aging including damage to the skin, volume loss of all the tissues of the face including fat and bone, and tissue laxity. With careful evaluation of allof these facets, it is clear that a surgical facelift alone wouldnot address the volume loss and skin damage.

Introduction: With this expansion has come new technology within regenerative medicine, providing natural, effective, and safe skin rejuvenation.
Using a combination approach, new innovations in injectable fillers and threads, along with state-of-the-art autologous stem cells, lipofilling, and platelet therapies, can help patients reach their aesthetic goals.
In particular, the application of screw spring-type PDO Thread as a “facial scaffold”.

Materials / method: When the screw spring-type PDO is made into a spring shape and inserted, it has a spring-like elasticity, so that it can obtain a stronger lifting effect and a force against wrinkles. Particularly in the form of a "0" pitch with almost no spring spacing, it makes to support depressed sagging tissue. This volume-up effect is suitable for midface lifting.
Platelet concentrates have been used for tissue regeneration. PRP injection for treatment of aging skin has also gained popularity.

Results: So the simultaneous application of L-PRP using an Smart M-cell separator are excellent tools for improving facial aging in terms of regenerative medicine.

Conclusion: I would like to present a more effective facial rejuvenation technique by applying the concept of regenerative medicine, using "0" pitch cavern spring PDO thread as a scaffold, and simultaneously applying L-PRP using an Smart M-cell separator as both cell and cell stimulation.
