Objectives: To evaluate the clinical outcomes and versatility of Virtu-RF radiofrequency micro needling in treating various aesthetic concerns including pigmentation, acne scars, stretch marks, neck laxity, eyelid and eye bag rejuvenation, and hair loss.
Introduction: Radiofrequency micro needling (RF-MN) is an evolving technology that delivers controlled thermal energy to targeted skin depths, stimulating nucleogenesis and dermal remodeling. Virtu-RF, with its advanced precision and customizable settings, presents a safe and effective solution for a wide range of skin and hair-related conditions.
Materials / method: A retrospective observational study was conducted using Virtu-RF treatments performed at Radiant Clinique. Patients with concerns including facial pigmentation, acne scars, body stretch marks, neck and periorbital aging, and early-stage hair loss were treated using tailored parameters. Treatment protocols varied based on the indication, and included multiple sessions over a span of 1 to 3 months. Clinical outcomes were documented through photographic evidence and patient satisfaction surveys.
Results: Visible improvement was observed across all treatment areas. Patients with pigmentation and acne scars showed smoother skin texture and more even tone. Stretch marks and skin laxity, particularly over the neck and abdomen, demonstrated notable tightening. Periorbital treatments resulted in reduced puffiness and firmer eyelids. Hair loss patients exhibited improved hair density and reduction in shedding. Patient-reported satisfaction was high with minimal downtime and adverse effects.
Conclusion: Virtu-RF proves to be a versatile, effective, and well-tolerated radiofrequency micro needling system. Its broad range of applications—from facial rejuvenation to body contouring and scalp stimulation—makes it a valuable tool in aesthetic practice. Further studies with larger sample sizes may help reinforce its role as a go-to energy-based device for multi-indication management.
