Introduction: At present an individual approach and vision of the face beauty as a whole are the main issues which allow to combine different methods to achieve the best result. What are the main features and accents in injections of fillers at restoration of volume in different face zones and reduce wrinkles? On what first of all we should pay attention to? How to make the face look younger, while preserving and highlighting its unique features?

Materials / method: The report is devoted to consideration of possibilities of successful examination of the age-related changes, and represents the author's new view on it. Also the report covers some tips and pearls in the rejuvenation the face from the new point of view as well as the author's personal clinical experience and techniques of injections.
Of course, the first step it is important to appreciate the aesthetic parameters of the face, its age-related changes and individual characteristics. Understanding the motivation of the patient and his expectations, individualization of the treatment plan is also fundamental.

Results: When the face is corrected by fillers, it is important to take into account the anatomical and functional features and various techniques of injections in the context of individual face harmonization, as well as the combination of different level techniques of the fillers injection in one zone. In our work there are no trifles, therefore, in our opinion it is important to pay attention to all the details for achieving the best result of aesthetic correction.

Conclusion: The vision of the face of patient as a whole, the choice of the correct treatment plan with knowledge of anatomy and physiology, it is possible to balance the contours of the face and highlight individual beauty, satisfying requirements and expectations of our patients. Like artists we restore the picture of beauty and harmony gifted by nature to our patients on their faces.

2. Finding the best injection techniques for upper face.

Introduction: 1.Pathogenetic rationale for the selection of a correction technique. Anatomy of the temporal region.
Losing facial volume by fat atrophy is one of the sequelae of aging. The aging of this area is due to changes in the volume of the subcutaneous fat, as well as changes in facial muscles, especially, musculus frontalis. The muscle fibers are elongated and often become hypertrophied. This results in impaired skin function and insufficient support of the underlying soft-tissue. This is manifested as wrinkles, ptosis, skeletonization in the forehead and temporal region.

Materials / method: 2.Possible methods of correction.
The forehead area can be corrected by using BTXA on the m.frontalis. As far as lipoatrophy in this area is concerned, combining augmentation with HA-based fillers is the best choice. For the temporal region, only means of volumetric correction are recommended. Possible treatment includes: HA-based fillers, calcium hydroxyapatite, and polylactic acid.

Results: 3. Best Volumetric Correction Practices:
Given the structural features of the forehead and the temporal region, the safest filler injection tool is 25G cannula. The forehead area should be augmented with pre-anesthesia administered to nervus supraorbitalis by injecting between the muscle and the periosteum. Temporal area can be safely corrected by injecting the filler interfascially

Conclusion: 4. Summary: 
Effective rejuvenation of the forehead and the temporal region always requires pathogenetically reasonable correction with volumetric fillers, which are administered via cannula.

Objectives: Botulinum toxin treatment is a highly safe method of facial aging correction.

Introduction: Common adverse events such as eyelid or eyebrow ptosis, “Mephisto look”, and mouth asymmetry are well known.

Materials / method: However, sometimes a patient shows an unusual response to BTX-A injection, and mechanism of which is not obvious.

Results: The reasons for the “non-standard” response to BTX-A therapy may be due to functional interactions in the facial muscles, rare and atypical variants of facial anatomy, individual reactions to BTX-A, as well as medical errors in the choice of points and techniques of administration, dilution and doses of BTX-A.

Conclusion: Own clinical experience and results of international publications will be presented in the current report

Objectives: Reduce the number of complications

Introduction: The use of fillers in the face is a safe and effective way to correct age-related changes. Lymphostasis after the use of fillers, occupies a special place among the numerous complications.

Materials / method: The analysis of their causes is multifactorial. The morphotype, the patient's age, the type of filler used and the area of its introduction are important.

Conclusion: Understanding the causes of complications, allows you to find ways to prevent and treat this complication.

Objectives: To improve there face oval - that is the main what mature patients are looking for. Anyway nowdays even young patients often ask for face reshape – to recreate, restore a beautiful zygomatic area and precise jawline line.

Introduction: We may not agree with this, but there is a specific trend for a certain type of the face nowdays especially when we deal with young patients. Most of them ask to improve the cheeks, chin, and mandibulla angle

Materials / method: .

Results: Correction of the zygomatic area, as a rule, does not present any callengies. While deep injections for mandibullar angle improvement can cause hypertonus of masseter muscle (bruxism). And it is very important to respect the proportions so that the emphasis on a clear oval does not lead to a muscular face
Chin correction via needle seems quite save procedure, anyway we observe two cases of art. mentalis centralis embolisation. So that's why we have to change our preferences of entry points and technology of injections
While treating mature patients on one hand we should observe the type of aging (tyed, heavy) on the other - keep in mind individual bone structures, fat compartments expression, the tonus of the muscle (m.masseter, DAO, platysma) and skin quality.

Conclusion: All this would help to creat the individual treatment plan (fillers, BoTN, HiFU, thread lifting) for mature patient
