Objectives: Anti-Age Treatments for Adult Patients. Multiple Indications and Limited Opportunities. My Personal Aapproach to Selecting Treatment Indications and Preferred Protocols.

Introduction: Providing aesthetic treatments for mature patients can be challenging as we usually have multiple indications and limited opportunities.

Materials / method: A systematic approach to evaluating the complex facial aging in adult patients (skin quality, volume loss, gravitation descent, skeletal changes) is necessary for optimal aesthetic correction.

Results: Assessment and treatment plan based on pathogenesis can be suggested comprising a few stages: skin resurfacing, relaxation of depressor muscles, tissue repositioning as well as deep and superficial fat revolumization to optimize treatment effect and patient satisfaction. This specifically focuses on anatomical and functional limitations of anti-age protocols in old patients, contraindications for aesthetic treatments, and modalities that become ineffective.

Conclusion: Efficient protocols and some clinical cases with different indications will be discussed and demonstrated as well. This is a practical presentation which can be readily used by doctors in their work.

Objectives: Convince the audience of the effectiveness and interest of the deep dermal peel in the elderly, the technical and dermatological interest, but also the interest of creating a new psychic and thymic energy.

Introduction: The more you practice chemical peels in the elderly, the more you realize that the limits can be pushed back.
People extremely damaged by the sun and age, will be able to find a really rejuvenated skin in its structure and a stretched face contour, because there is truly a lifting effect.

Materials / method: We are talking about deep dermal peels and all these formulas contain phenol.
We use the Exopeel formula that we developed in the 2000s, after doing our first dozens of cases with the Exoderm formula of our friend Yoram Finzi.
This formula is characterized by its lack of interface, that is to say that there is not an oily part and an aqueous part that must be mixed before use.
When some parts of the face can be treated with a less penetrating (but less stimulating) peel, we use a formula containing TCA and Phenol, which allows a medium peel.

Results: The older the person, the more wrinkles, the finer the skin, the better the result. Some cases that could be judged beyond the reach of aesthetic techniques will be "miraculously" improved.
In cases of very thin skin, the TCA-Phenol peel may suffice. But generally, it is the application of the strong phenol formula that will be necessary and will be the only one to bring a lifting effect in addition to smoothing.
The improvement of the skin and the general appearance of the face are important, but what is perhaps the most important is the psychic boost, the energy that is created by this peel

Conclusion: This powerful method of stimulating dermal metabolism has no equivalent. Surgery redrapes a face but does not change the physicochemical characteristics of the skin as this method does. The deep dermal peel can bring new energy to people over 80 years! "A new life begins!"
