Objectives: The aim of this presentation is to explore the clinical efficacy and benefits of using third-generation needle-free jet injectors (NovoJet and CureJet) in combination with various laser modalities for enhanced skin rejuvenation, pigmentation treatment, and overall dermal remodeling.
Introduction: Minimally invasive aesthetic treatments are evolving rapidly, with a growing demand for pain-free, efficient, and highly effective procedures. Needle-free jet injectors utilize high-pressure technology to deliver active compounds transdermally without the need for needles, reducing pain, downtime, and risk of complications. This presentation is to emphasise the synergistic effects of needle-free delivery of exosomes, tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid, and polynucleotides when combined with advanced picosecond lasers with DOE technology, CO₂ lasers, and other resurfacing modalities.
Materials / method: Patients underwent customized combination therapies using NovoJet or CureJet to infuse bioactive compounds transdermally. These treatments were paired with:
• Picosecond laser with DOE technology (for pigmentation and collagen stimulation)
• Fractional CO₂ laser (for resurfacing and deep dermal remodeling)
• Other resurfacing and tightening modalities
Treatment sessions were recorded, and clinical outcomes were documented through video demonstrations, high-resolution imaging, and patient feedback.
Results: Preliminary findings suggest enhanced absorption and deeper penetration of active compounds when using jet injectors compared to topical application. Patients reported reduced discomfort, minimal downtime, and faster recovery compared to traditional injection methods. Combination with picosecond and CO₂ lasers led to improved skin texture, increased collagen induction, and more effective pigment correction.
Conclusion: Third-generation needle-free jet injectors represent a significant advancement in aesthetic medicine, allowing for needle-free transdermal delivery of regenerative compounds with minimal patient discomfort. When paired with picosecond and CO₂ lasers, these treatments demonstrate superior efficacy, enhanced patient experience, and promising long-term skin benefits. Further studies are warranted to optimize protocols and expand applications in aesthetic dermatology.
