Objectives: 1. Discuss inside and outside managment of aging
2. Discuss the importance of biologic age management
3. Present an AI assisted longevity program that can be easily implemented in clinical practice
Introduction: We are at the beginning of a revolution in the management of aging as an acquired and/or genetically determined "disease". In order to provide patients and customers with a means to improve longevity and wellness, a program was developed to assess biologic aging.
Materials / method: Patients are offered biologic age testing and genetic engineering consultation to address longevity. A simple but robust longevity program has been implemented. A finger stick, blood tests and uploaded medical history are performed.
Results: Patients are provided with a full report that includes their intrinsic and extrinsic biologic age, their rate of aging, their telomere length and how it compares to the general population among several other data points. In addition, "bespoke" supplements are constructed and a genetic engineer consults and recommends various biohacking manuevers. Results can be reassessed at one year and the regimens altered based on overall performance enhancement.
Conclusion: Longevity and wellness care has become an important component of addressing aesthetic patients from "inside-out". Aesthetic patients are a perfect population to introduce these concepts to. In the age of "Ozempic", in addition to managing muscle atrophy and loss of dermal white adipose tissue, biologic age management is easily integrated into current best practices in Aesthetic Medicine
