\nIntroduction:<\/b> Lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid gel is highly popular in aesthetic dermatology due to its effectiveness and safety. Different techniques and products influence outcomes and safety. The MBLip technique, outlined in this poster, offers a personalized approach in three stages, aiming for natural and harmonious results tailored to each patient's needs.

\nMaterials \/ method:<\/b> The MBLip technique enhances lip aesthetics through three stages: Tubercle Marking, Lateral Stretching, and Vermilion Border Eversion. Customized to each patient, it achieves natural results by filling lip compartments, injecting filler in vectors, and enhancing the vermilion border and cupid's bow.

\nResults:<\/b> The MBLip technique has been applied to numerous patients, consistently delivering natural and harmonious results (Image 2). Patients undergoing this procedure often report satisfaction with lip volume enhancement and facial aesthetic improvement. Furthermore, the MBLip technique has shown particular benefit for patients with a gummy smile (Image 3), offering a customized solution to enhance the natural beauty of the lips safely and effectively.

\nConclusion:<\/b> The MBLip technique presented can be a highly effective and customizable approach to lip augmentation. The combination of a well-described and adaptable technique, the use of ideally developed products with advanced technology, and a deep understanding of lip anatomy are essential elements in achieving natural and satisfactory aesthetic results. \nIntroduction:<\/b> O principal desafio de uma rinomodela\u00e7\u00e3o com endolaser \u00e9 a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o anat\u00f4mica e a melhora est\u00e9tica da simetria facial. Neste estudo avaliamos o uso do endolaser como t\u00e9cnica de remodela\u00e7\u00e3o nasal, preservando a anatomia da regi\u00e3o, o que raramente se consegue com uma rinoplastia convencional.

\nMaterials \/ method:<\/b> Para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento iniciamos com antissepsia e assepsia em seguida, anestesia infiltrativa. Realizado um pertuito na mesma regi\u00e3o nasal onde introduzimos a fibra do endolase 365 mc do laser diodo subcut\u00e2neo no sentido ponta para raiz nasal por toda a extens\u00e3o do dorso nasal, em forma de leque verticalmente com 6 vetores no dorso do nariz usando a pot\u00eancia de 2w com acumulo de 200J de energia sendo 150J de energia acumulados em ponta nasal, 30J em dorso nasal com movimentos para frente e para tr\u00e1s da fibra e 20 J de ac \u00fa mulo de energia a 2W na columela.

\nResults:<\/b> Observamos melhora da qualidade local da pele, diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da abertura e do volume nasal, eleva\u00e7\u00e3o da ponta do nariz com melhora do angulo l\u00e1bio nasal. Houve relato de melhora est\u00e9tica e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o pelos dois pacientes tratados.

\nConclusion:<\/b> De um modo geral foi constatada melhora da est\u00e9tica e do formato nasal. Conclu\u00edmos que essa t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 segura e eficaz para remodelar o nariz, corrigindo volume, angula\u00e7\u00e3o e pequenas assimetrias nasais, sendo uma boa alternativa para pacientes que n\u00e3o querem se submeter a procedimento cir\u00fargico. \nIntroduction:<\/b> Tissue necrosis is a feared complication in plastic surgery, as it can compromise both aesthetic and functional outcomes, as well as prolonging patient recovery time. Despite various advancements in understanding and preventing this condition, its incidence still persists, underscoring the ongoing need for effective prevention and treatment strategies.
\n
\nMaterials \/ method:<\/b> A systematic search of articles was conducted on PubMed, using the terms \"tissue necrosis,\" \"plastic surgery,\" \"prevention,\" and \"treatment.\" Studies published in the last 5 years were included, preferably randomized clinical trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. The results of this search revealed a total of 78 relevant articles. After excluding duplicate studies and those that did not meet the inclusion criteria, 12 articles were selected for detailed analysis.
\n
\nResults:<\/b> A randomized clinical trial by Smith et al. (2022) investigated the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in preventing necrosis following abdominoplasty, revealing a significant reduction in incidence in the treated group (p<0.05). A review by Jones et al. (2023) indicated that topical nitroglycerin reduces necrosis in breast reconstruction. Silva et al. (2021) showed an average reduction of 50% in necrosis with autologous adipose stem cells.The meta-analysis by Brown et al. (2024) highlighted the effectiveness of growth factors, with a statistically significant reduction in necrotic area (p< 0.01).

\nConclusion:<\/b> In summary, the results underscore the importance of emerging strategies in the prevention and treatment of tissue necrosis in plastic surgery. The use of therapies such as hyperbaric oxygenation, topical vasodilators, autologous adipose stem cells, and growth factors has been shown to promote a significant reduction in the incidence and severity of tissue necrosis.
