Didier TABARY

Didier Tabary is currently President and majority shareholder of Laboratoires Filorga, a French Laboratory specialized since 1978 in developing anti-aging medical devices and advanced cosmetics solutions for medical practitioners and end-consumers.Mr Tabary acquired Laboratoires Filorga in 2006 through a first LBO conducted with EDRIP (Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners) and IFI (Initiative et Finance). This LBO was followed in 2010 by a second one implemented in partnership with HLD investment fund. Laboratoires Filorga turnover has been multiplied by five since 2006 which represents a yearly growth superior to 30%.Before joining Laboratoires Filorga, Mr Tabary has been working during 10 years at Bourjois cosmetics group where he successively hold the following positions : Latin America Area Director, founder and General Manager of Bourjois Korea, Founder and General Manager of Bourjois Italy.
