Biografía
Dr. Colombina Vincenzi graduated as M.D. in 1988 at the School of Medicine, University of Bologna, Italy.
In 1991 obtained the diploma in the Specialization of Dermatology and Venereology, and in 1993 the PhD degree, both at the Department of Dermatology of the University of Bologna.
From the time of the degree to now she has been involved in hair and nail disorders clinic.
She is co-author of numerous peer reviewed papers on hair and nail disorders diseases, including clinical studies on new advanced treatments.
She was co-author of one of the first published paper on the utility of Hair Dermoscopy, later called “Trichoscopy”, published in one of the most important international dermatological journal “Ross EK, Vincenzi C, Tosti A. Videodermoscopy in the evaluation of hair and scalp disorders. J Am Acad Dermatol. 2006 Nov;55(5):799-806. Epub 2006 Jul 28. PMID: 17052485”.
