Dieter Manstein, M.D., Ph.D is a co-inventor of fractional photothermolysis (Fraxel) together with Dr. Rox Anderson of Harvard Medical School. He is the inventor of Selective Cryolipolysis for Body Contouring (developed by the Coolsculpting by Zeltiq™ company). He is the first recipient of the Furumoto’s Scientific Innovator Award of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. - Residency Training in Dermatology - University of Munster, Germany. - Ph.D. in Physics/Lasers - University of Munster, Germany. - Fellowship and Instructor in Clinical Applications of Lasers - Harvard Medical School Wellman Center for Photomedicine. - Assistant Professor of Dermatology - Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Dermatology / Harvard Medical School (2013-Present).
