Dr Jay CALVERT

Dr. Jay Calvert, MD, FACS is a board-certified plastic surgeon with established private practices in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, California. Recognized as a leading specialist in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, his practice focuses primarily on primary and revision rhinoplasty, deep plane facelifts, and breast augmentation.In addition to his surgical practices, Dr. Calvert is the founder of ROXSpa, a medical spa dedicated to non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Reflecting his standing in the medical community, he served as the President of the Rhinoplasty Society for the 2019–2020 term and was ranked among America's Best Plastic Surgeons by Newsweek, specifically highlighting his work as a top facelift surgeon.

Dr. Calvert’s academic foundation began at Vanderbilt University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology. He received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed his combined plastic and general surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh. Driven by an interest in medical technology, he conducted research at the Carnegie Mellon University Robotics Institute, where he co-authored and holds two patents.As an educator and author, Dr. Calvert has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and has pioneered advanced surgical techniques in nasal reconstruction.
