Dr Marita KOSMADAKI

Dr Marita Kosmadaki received her medical degree from University of Crete, Greece, and a Ph.D. degree from the same university. Following postgraduate research and clinical training at the University of Crete, she completed a three-year post-doctoral training at Boston University, USA. She became a board certified dermatologist in 2004, and since then she is an associate dermatologist in the Dermatology Department of University Athens (Andreas Sygros Hospital). Since 2007 she is a visiting Lecturer at Boston University, USA. In 2011, she co-founded Dermoitriki Athinon.She has published numerous original and review articles in international peer-reviewed journals, and has written chapters in dermatology books. Her research interest are skin aging, photosensitivity disorders and psoriasis.
