Salvatore Piero Fundarò is an aesthetic surgeon in Bologna and Modena Italy. He is Founder and President of Research Center for Injectable Safety (R.C.I.S) and Founder and Treasurer of Associazione Italiana Trattamento Estetico Botulino (A.I.T.E.B.) and Vice-President of Società Italiana Medicina e Chirurgia Estetica (S.I.E.S).
Dr. Fundarò received his Medical Degree at the University of Modena and he completed his fellowship in General Surgery at 1st Division of General Surgery of University of Modena. He has been full time fellow at the Chair of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of University of Modena. He received a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Surgery at University of Milan.
He teaches at the Post-University Specialization Private School P.C.M.A.-Valet in Bologna, Italy. The topics of his teaching and interest are the minimally-invasive aesthetic procedures for facial rejuvenation as Botulinum Toxin, Fillers, Lifting Threads and other surgical procedures as liposuction, lipostructure, breast surgery, face rejuvenation surgery.
He is Medical Director of Multimed – Day Surgery Center in Bologna, and Practitioner at Hesperia Hospital in Modena in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and Oncological Breast Surgery.
