Mathias KLUEMPER

Mathias focuses on advising clients on compliance and regulatory matters, related advertising and product liability cases, as well as contractual work. He also assists life sciences companies in public relation matters.
Mathias started his career at Clifford Chance in the Düsseldorf office, where he was a core member of the practice group „Healthcare Life Sciences and Chemicals“ from 2004 to 2008. Since 2008 he is partner of Lützeler Klümper.
He was seconded to the EU headquarter of an international medical device company, and twice to the German entity of an international pharmaceutical company.
He holds a PhD in law and is fluent in English and French.
Mathias is a frequent speaker on medicinal products and medical device regulatory issues.
He is a lecturer at the Philipps-Universität Marburg and a member of the advisory board of the pharmaceutical self-regulatory organisation “Arzneimittel und Kooperation im Gesundheitswesen – AKG e.V.”
