He is also appointed as the director of Department of Dermatological Surgery at Hua Shan Hospital. Dr. Wu is a recognized expert on dermatological surgery, trichology and vitiligo. He established and organized the biggest hair transplantation center in public hospital in China. He had been invited to speak at national and international meetings (including the Asia Congress of Dermatology and IMCAS). He was awarded as Outstanding Dermatologist by Chinese Medical Doctor Association in 2012.
