Shanghai Jahwa Union Corporation (SH.600315) is one of the time-honored national enterprises in China's daily cosmetics industry. Its predecessor is the Hong Kong Kwong Sang Hong, established in 1898. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2001, becoming the first listed enterprise in the domestic industry. In 2011, Shanghai Jahwa took the lead in implementing shareholding reform among Shanghai's state-owned enterprises, transforming into a mixed-ownership enterprise, with Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China becoming the controlling shareholder.
