Welcome to the IMCAS IMPACT Survey and Pledge. It is an honor to collaborate with a community of physicians that values the wellness of our shared education systems, practicing methods, and environments.

The following survey and pledge will take 5 minutes. Your individual answers will remain confidential and be used for a sustainability report reflecting the efforts of our event and community. The final results may be published for general IMCAS communications and internal review.

After the completion of the survey and pledge, all participants will be entered in a drawing to win a free badge for IMCAS World Congress 2025!

This survey will close on September 30th, 2024.

IMCAS IMPACT PLEDGE

Question 1 - How are you familiar with the concept of sustainability in the medical sector?

Question 2 - Do you think it is possible to apply sustainability principles in your medical field(s)?

Question 3 - The United Nations defines sustainable methods as, "meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations." What do you think are the specific challenges facing sustainable practice within the specialty medicine sector?

Feel free to discuss sustainability as it applies to research, education, product selection, or medical ethics.

Question 4 - Are you implementing measures that consider social responsibility or sustainability in your professional practice? If so, how?

Question 5 - Do other health professionals who implement sustainable action within their profession motivate you to work with them?

Question 6 - Action can be scientific, logistic, and ethical. What action do you find is most important on the clinical or individual level?
