Dr. Charlotte Reither is Founder and Senior Consultant at Move On Up, consulting pharmaceutical and medical device companies, supporting from idea to market.

Charlotte has a strong background in aesthetic medical devices and injectables as well as biopolymers. Looking back on a 20 year carreer in pharmaceutical and medical device industry Charlotte has been working  for various renowned aesthetic companies in senior management and consulting positions.

From 2016 to 2020 she was Head of Filler and Medical Device Development at German company Merz Aesthetics. From 2012 to 2016 she was responsible for Research at the Austrian company Croma Pharma.
