Andrii Petakh was born in 1974. Graduated medical faculty of Uzhgorod State University in 1998.
1998-2000 - resident of the Vascular Surgery department in the Regional Transkarpathion Hospital
2000-2015 — plastic surgeon at the department of Microvascular and Plastic surgery of National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology, Kyiv, Ukraine.
2002 graduated clinical internship of the Kyiv Medical Postgraduate Academy
since 2015— head of the plastic reconstructive department of the private oncologic clinic «Innovacia», https://www.innovacia.com.ua/rus/head/contacts/

Currently Andrii Petakh is the author and co-author for more then 86 scientific papers in the Ukrainian journals and has more then 26 patents of Ukraine.
He was obtained the scientific degree of the candidate of the medical sciences in 2008 (PhD) (Thesis “The surgical treatment of the patients with head soft tissue defects”).

Award and Scholarship winner of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists 2004-2006.
Since 2004 performed more then 4000 plastic aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries among them more then 900 rhinoplasties (120 secondary, 30 reconstructions, other primary aesthetics), 600 mammaplasties, 200 abdominoplasties, 2500 lipomodelings (laser lipolysis, lipofillings and liposuctions), 400 face and neck, periocular rejuvenations.
