Dr Bertrand LACOTTE

Dr. Bertrand Lacotte is a French board certified plastic surgeon based in the Caribbean since 1992. He was trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and microsurgery at the Free University of Brussels in Belgium and was a disciple of Claude LASSUS and Madeleine LEJOUR. He is currently working in St Martin, Saint-Barthelemy and in Anguilla. 

His biggest area of interest are in breast surgery, body contouring and ethnic plastic surgery.

He is the author of over 100 scientific papers, book chapters and worlwide presentations and co organizer and organizer of many teaching conferences. He was invited by Dr. Biggs to present in "The Plastic Surgery Videopedia" his personnal vertical scar technique on breast reduction with a superior pedicle in extremely large breasts and a "Less scarl" tummy tuck with neoumbilicus without any scar.

He is the President of the Carribean Society of Plastic Surgery, General Secretary of the Mediterranean Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and active member of the SOFCEP and the ISAPS. He is founder and CEO of www e-esthetica.com a website dedicated to education in plastic surgery.
