Biographie
Dr. Vitor Figueiredo is the founder and Clinical Director of Up Clinic - Surgery & Aesthetics in Lisbon, Portugal. It´s graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra since 1998.
He completed his training in several countries with emphasis on the title of university specialist in anti-aging medicine by the University of Seville, for the international university course on aesthetic and anti-aging medicine of the International Union of Aesthetic Medicine (UIME) and for the international certificate of anti-aging medicine by the Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine International Society. He was the first Portuguese doctor graduated from UIME.
Dr. Vitor Figueiredo has always been interested in aesthetic medicine, having almost 20 years of clinical experience in several areas. He is an enthusiastic supporter of non-surgical procedures for facial rejuvenation from injectables to peels (including deep ones) to threads and lasers.
In several countries of the world, he trained doctors and other professionals in aesthetics, participated in courses, workshops, congresses and symposia and other events having made several presentations and communications. He has several publications in the field of aesthetic medicine.
As a key opinion leader, he is an international reference in aesthetic medicine, belonging, among others, to the Allergan international Advisory Board since 2012 and to several international reference societies.
