Objectives: Demonstration of the systematization of vulvar filling with hyaluronic acid through which the filling areas were mapped to deliver better results.

Introduction: Labia majora aging leads to volume loss, sagging, and aesthetic discomfort. Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers offer immediate volumization, improving local contour, protection, and patient confidence. However, incorrect indications or excessive volume can lead to undesired outcomes, including unnatural appearance and discomfort.

Materials / method: HA gel was injected in the labia majora using a 22G, 5 cm cannula. Patient selection prioritized those with volume loss but minimal flaccidity. For flaccid tissue, prior treatment with collagen biostimulators was recommended. Total volume varied between 1.5–3.0 mL per side.

Results: Patients experienced immediate improvement in labial contour and support, with high satisfaction rates and low complication incidence. In properly selected cases, HA provided natural-looking results and restored volume without bulking or mimicry of testicular appearance. Outcomes were enhanced when combined with biostimulation.

Conclusion: Hyaluronic acid is a valuable tool for labia majora rejuvenation when used judiciously. Proper patient selection, volumization limits, and anatomical precision are essential to avoid complications and ensure aesthetic harmony. In cases of flaccidity, biostimulation should precede filling for optimal results.

Objectives: As Exosomes can be used to treat conditions such as vaginal rejuvenation, hormonal balance, and pelvic floor restoration. As well as updating the theme, practical uses and procedures will be discussed. Exosomes can be used as biomarkers to diagnose female reproductive diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premature ovarian failure (POF), endometriosis, endometrial cancer, and cervical cancer.
Exosomes can be used to predict adverse outcomes during pregnancy, such as gestation.

Objectives: Female sexual satisfaction is only superficially addressed after vaginal rejuvenation treatments with several laser and RF technologies when doctors give a short self-report questionnaire like the FSFI that can be easily faked. In this study we examined the hidden negative emotions harboured by females who professed high sexual satisfaction after vaginal intervention techniques, merely because they were content that their partners were satisfied, ignoring the impact that their repressed feelings had on their interpersonal relationships.

Introduction: Sexual satisfaction questionnaires reporting female contentment after vaginal rejuvenation are reviewed with respect to females’ tendency to focus on satisfying their partners rather than themselves. Our double-blind longitudinal clinical psychological research included 14 menopausal women with high FSFI satisfaction scores following laser or RF vaginal interventions.

Materials / method: We demonstrated a high positive correlation between the subjects’ FSFI scores and the Hy (hysteria), D (Depression) and L (Lie) scales of the MMPI-2. Such high positive correlation between the FSFI and the L-scale negates the reported increase in female sexual satisfaction following laser or RF vaginal rejuvenation.

Results: The high positive correlations of the FSFI with the Hy and D scales indicate that despite reports of increased sexual satisfaction, the vaginal procedures did not improve psychological wellbeing or quality of life. Results on the DES revealed that 98% of the subjects were organized around the emotions of shame, sadness and joy. Such results indicate a multilayered emotional organization that possibly reflects joy on the outside and shame and sadness on the inside. Conclusion: several women to the endpoint of disingenuous interpersonal relationships tainted by repressed disillusionment. We postulate that the results of a procedure should not be evaluated merely on the basis of straightforward self-report questionnaires without a deeper insight into female dynamics. Quality of life can only arise out of the understanding and resolution of the multiple physiological and psychological aspects of female sexuality, ultimately empowering and enriching healthy interpersonal relationships.
