Objectives: 1. To improve skin texture, dermal hydration and fine wrinkles
intradermal injection (using polydensfied monophasic HA and Incobotulinum toxin ) was used in this article.
2. To inject into the dermis, the special designed automatic injector was used. (The manual injection is not easy and tiresome for intradermal injection into 1000 sites.)
3. When using polydensfied monophasic HA during intradermal injection, the risk of making dermal lumps can be reduced. Also, the management of dermal lumps can be easier.

Introduction: Skin texture is an essential factor for beauty and anti-aging. The subdermal injection cannot make satisfied improvement of skin texture and fine wrinkles. Stabilized hyaluronic acid (S-HA) filler gels have been mainly used to treat folds. Many injectable fillers are used to treat by volumization into the subdermal layer. But I prefer to treat skin texture also. Therefore I started to use intradermal injection using S-HA for improving skin texture. To prevent making lumps, I prefer Monophasic-polydensidfied-HA and using the injector.

Materials / method: The automatic injector with 9-needle and the negative suction system was used to inject tiny amount such as 1 micro-liter per site. Using injector was better than the manual way to reduce the injection amount per injection site and to reduce making lumps.
I made 3cc of a mixture of injection material for a face with 1cc of S-HA, 40U of Inco-botulinum Toxin (1cc), 0.5cc N/S and 0.5cc of lidocaine. Injection depth was 1mm. I made 1000 injection sites with 100 passes using 9-needle-head.
Skin texture, dermal hydration were evaluated. Biopsy was obtained with H&E, Trichrome stains.

Results: There was a dramatic improvement of fine wrinkles on face after intradermal injection of mixture solution made by S-HA and Incobotulinum Toxin. Dermal hydration using S-HA made well-hydrated skin for patients with less dryness feeling after washing face. Skin after injection became shiny. Hydration effects and improvement of fine wrinkles lasted more than 6 months. And most patients wanted 2nd injection after 6 months.

Conclusion: There are unique effects after intradermal injection of mixture solution (S-HA and Botulinum Toxin). “Skin-Botox” using Incobotulinum (not a medical term) and dermal hydration using S-HA can treat fine wrinkles and improve skin texture on faces with a natural expression. There is a synergic effect when skin-toxin is combined with dermal hydration with S-HA.

Objectives: Analysis of the growth of the market shows us not only the trends in the dynamically growing market of aesthetic correction of appearance, but also allows us to identify "techniques that can already be fired".

Introduction: In the TOP-5 rating of the popularity of non-surgical correction of facial features, botulinum therapy and filler injections take the first two places. Do we need any other methods for the harmonious correction of appearance?

Materials / method: In preparing for the report, the author analyzed and systematized 15 years of clinical experience. The main tools to achieve the desired aesthetic results, depending on gender, age, morphotype individuals.

Results: The best results are ensured by an integrated approach:
1) a combination of various injection techniques: toxins, fillers, lipolitiki
2) a combination of injection and hardware techniques; defined role and location for basic hardware technologies
3) the interaction of specialists in the field of aesthetic correction of appearance, dentistry and plastic surgery

Conclusion: In order to correct lower face the best results on the effects of adipose tissue are achieved by combining injection techniques and hardware technologies.

Objectives: Periorbital is one of the important area due to early aging signs speared here and multiple cosmetic and complex anatomy structure. An comprehensive multi-cosmetic unit combined approach for periorbital reshaping is very important for better and natural outcome.

Introduction: "The Eyes are the Windows to the Soul!" Periorbital are usually the first area of the face to show the signs of aging.

Materials / method: When we see someone, their eyes are often the first things we notice. Unfortunately, eyes and periorbital areas have complex anatomical structures, and are usually the first places of the face to show the signs of aging. Tear troughs are very common clinical problems, and give viewers the impression of being "tired" or "old".

Results: By using HA fillers properly, we can treat tear troughs ,improved dark circle and eye bags with tired looking ,improve sunken upper eyelids and reshaping the orbital to create yourthful and refresh looking.

Conclusion: In this presentation, the ageing process and signs of periorbital regions, and key evaluation steps and HA injection stragtegy, sequence and techniques will be presented.
