5. Learn systematic way of Fat Loss followed by Inch loss before LASERs and EBDs are introduced
6. Discover proper chronological sequence of using LASERs and EBDs for Non-invasive Aesthetic Slimming and Body Figure Shaping, including Anti-Cellulite protocols
Introduction: Slimming Centers in Switzerland have been using Cold Therapy for Weight Loss since the 1960’s & Trans Epidermal Nerve Stimulation for Inch Loss since the 1980’s. A recently, published Scientific Study (41,098 slimming treatments of 1,859 patients from 11 slimming centers w/ Cold Machine slimming programs consisting of 13,638 Cold Machine treatments) showed an average Weight Loss of 5 pounds & Inch Loss of 1 ½ inches in 8-12 treatments (roughly 10 treatments in 5 weeks if done 2x/wk). These current multiple cases were picked to show that better results can be achieved higher than the average.
Materials / method: Cold Therapy stimulates Non-Shivering Thermogenesis to stimulate Brown Fat Activation for burning of calories to induce Weight (Fat) Loss. It uses a machine that cools water & pushes it into rubber tubings arranged in an array like a blanket. This is wrapped around the body. Trans Epidermal Nerve Stimulation simulates 225 Sit-ups w/ 2 second abdominal muscle contraction and 2 second relaxation alternating between flexor vs. extensor muscles in 15 minutes but uses Isometric (not Isotonic) contractions. It is used for toning of loose tummy after fat loss with Cold Therapy.
Results: Based on 70 multiple cases (54 females, 16 males), from 11 private Slimming Centers, with ages ranging from 13 y.o. to 67 y.o., w/ BMI from 19.6 to 68.5 kg/m2 (Normal Weight to Obese III), from Jan 22, 2014 to Dec 19, 2016, their average Weight Loss is 12.2 lbs (10 lbs – 26.4 lbs) and average Inch Loss is 2.6 inches (2 in – 6.5 in) in an average duration span of 5.66 wks (4 wks – 6.72 wks).
Conclusion: Based on the multiple cases presented in this report, a patient can lose 10 lbs in gross weight and 2 inches in waist/tummy circumference within 6 weeks. It should be noted though that the ones with the higher BMIs (Obese II and Obese III) had the best weight loss results while those with lower BMIs (Normal Weight and Overweight) were the ones with good inch loss results.
