Objectives: Key words: rejuvenation, prophiloplasty, fillers, new view
Introduction: At present an individual approach and vision of the face beauty as a whole are the main issues which allow to combine different methods to achieve the best result. What are the main features and accents in injections of fillers at restoration of volume in different face zones and reduce wrinkles? On what first of all we should pay attention to? How to make the face look younger, while preserving and highlighting its unique features?
Materials / method: The report is devoted to consideration of possibilities of successful examination of the age-related changes, and represents the author's new view on it. Also the report covers some tips and pearls in the rejuvenation the face from the new point of view as well as the author's personal clinical experience and techniques of injections.
Of course, the first step it is important to appreciate the aesthetic parameters of the face, its age-related changes and individual characteristics. Understanding the motivation of the patient and his expectations, individualization of the treatment plan is also fundamental.
Results: When the face is corrected by fillers, it is important to take into account the anatomical and functional features and various techniques of injections in the context of individual face harmonization, as well as the combination of different level techniques of the fillers injection in one zone. In our work there are no trifles, therefore, in our opinion it is important to pay attention to all the details for achieving the best result of aesthetic correction.
Conclusion: The vision of the face of patient as a whole, the choice of the correct treatment plan with knowledge of anatomy and physiology, it is possible to balance the contours of the face and highlight individual beauty, satisfying requirements and expectations of our patients. Like artists we restore the picture of beauty and harmony gifted by nature to our patients on their faces.
