Introduction: Aging is the natural process of skin laxity, loss of facial fat, hypercontraction of the facial muscles , relaxation of the retaining ligament and lastly resorption of the facial bony structure. There are several modality of the treatment including the energy based devices, Fillers, Botulinum Toxin, PRP, fat graft and Thread to rejuvenate all the facial structures. Thread is becoming more acceptable and reliable outcomes. We have many kinds of thread starting from plane suture, coned thread, cogs and barbed thread with different kinds of materials. Materials / method: We have conducted our study using Bidirectional barbed thread for 15 cases with the new approach for Asian face shape to lift up and repositioning of the fat to contour the nice looking of the face. We inserted one direction of the thread to the jowl and nasolabial fold area in superficial fat compartment plane and another direction up to the scalp in the loose space interfascial plane above the Deep temporal fascia to avoid the vascular structures. Results: We can get improvement of the lifting effect and recontouring the shape of the face accessed by photo before and after the treatment. We have one case of hematoma. It resolved by itself. We don't have other serious complication such as major nerve injury or parotid gland injury.

Conclusion: Thread can be one good alternative treatment for facial laxity by the fat repositioning and contouring of the face.

Objectives: Learn the Asian face characteristic and the new design placement and vector for “thread lifting” without make some special feature(such as prominent zygoma) worse

Introduction: There are many signs of an aging face, including volume loss (sunkeness/depression), wrinkles, folds, laxity, sagging, pigmentations, and changes in skin texture. Among these, sagging is usually treated with surgical intervention of face-lift procedures.

Materials / method: In recent years, thread lifting, one of the minimal invasive approaches available to treat sagging, has become increasingly popular. Asian patients usually have prominent zygomatic bone.

Results: Patient selection, thread lift design and placement level, and operator technique are the three key factors for this procedure, and the physician should pay careful attention to all three to achieve an optimal result and patient satisfaction.

Conclusion: In this presentation, I will present new design methods of the thread lift procedure for Asian patients with the prominent zygomatic bone condition.

Introduction: Aesthetic patients often present with a loss of continuity that comes with a straight, youthful jawline, commonly associated with age-related changing. Facial ageing is a result of skin laxity and quality deterioration, fat atrophy, volume loss from both bone resorption and tissue descent and sagging of ligaments.
Therefore modifications of a mandibular line, appearance pre-jowl sulcus and formation marionette lines and in the future „bitterness” „bitterness” folds is one of the most frequent requests of our patients starting from the age of 35.

Materials / method: My personal experience in combination treatments for precise of jawline for patients 35-50 years old.
