Objectives: Researching combination of Not Surgical Anti-Aging,selecting and adapting a Lifting Feminine Strategy

Introduction: My patients were women's with post-operative,menopausal and post menopausal dysfunctions and blemishes.Laxity,hypotonia of the uro genital diaphragm with related symptomatic and female discomfort.

Materials / method: Approach was combined Not Surgical Lifting with Non Ablative Radiofrequency for peroneal muscular hypotonia,deep lymphatic drainage,scrub and muscle toning with objectives to improve "muscular pump",muscular valve function,venous and arterial neoangeogenesis,elasticization,juvenile tip repackaging of external genitalia tissues,inguinal area's with inner things,abdominal part,large lips.The Bartolini Gland is also toned,drained,is improved to normally function,prevention of inflammation,infections.I added Elastina and mix poliaminoacids&multiminerals&multivitamins&antioxidants&hyaluronic acid

Vulvar opinions on washes survey (VOWS) - A final report: ingredients matter

Objectives: The study was designed to examine the vulvar care habits of women and the common misconceptions that they have concerning genital hygiene washes. In addition we explored their thoughts around common additives in genital products.

Introduction: Vulvar care and hygiene are often neglected topics of discussion between the healthcare professional and their female patients, irrespective of their age. With increasing non-hormonal over the counter products on the market for the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), vulvar hygiene products, wipes, and intimate cleansers are becoming more widely recommended and used by women of all age, ethnicities and socioeconomic status.

Materials / method: An in-office random survey of women who attended two community-based gynecology offices were eligible for the survey. Both physicians were board-certified Obstetricians and Gynecologists. A total of 220 participants, who were not compensated, completed the survey in English. All surveys were completed on paper, in the office setting, and participation was voluntary. All answers were kept anonymous

Results: 220 women completed the survey with a mean age of 43.3 years. 72% currently use body soap for their genitals and 12% used specialty washes. General awareness of ingredients was poor. 1/3 of women were aware that additives could be caustic. No one was familiar with specialized ingredients M007. M007, is a bi-directional molecule that works as a targeted molecular delivery system and enhances the bioactivity of ingredients placed into it. Being a transporter/receiver molecule, when combined with skin health specific ingredients it can transform the vulvar skin, promote PH and smoother texture.

Conclusion: Vulvar hygiene is an area of growing concern for consumer and clinician, especially with the new all-encompassing definitions of GSM. Patients are uneducated about regarding additives/chemicals that are found in their genital hygiene products that impact inflammation, PH and disturb the delicate biome. There is a need for sufficient education when it comes to selection of vulvar hygiene product. Larger studies are needed to further evaluate the issues of vulvar hygiene and care products within a diverse patient demographic.

Using of autolog fat as mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) and volumizing material in female genital area for functional and aesthetic goals

Objectives: Autolog Fat tissue has both volumising and regenerative effects if it is used by suitable ways and techniques. In our clinical routine; we use the autolog fat tissue for labia majora, G spot and on the perineal body as a volumiser material and also we use it in clitoris , peri-clitoral area, introitus vagina and G area for its regenerative effects as stem cell for the patients who have sexual disorders.

Introduction: As a new trend, aesthetic procedures of female genital area increased rapidly in recent years. Although the aesthetic procedures are generally requested for outer appearance, but the good results also effected the physcology of the patients by improving their self-confidence. This secondary effect is very important for the procedures of genital area. Because these secondary benefits are directly related to female sexual wellbeing for most of the women and they directly effect the female sexuality. This is why the genital aesthetic procedures are functional.

Materials / method: In our clinical routine, we use autolog fat for female genital aesthetic and sexual disorders. In office condition, under local anaesthesia, we get 100 -150cc abdominal fat. We use the 15cc of it for MSC after tissue seperator kits and we use the remain amount of fat for volumising of labia majora, G Spot or any depressed tissue in female genitalia.We evaluate the patients with FSFI (Female Sexual Function Index), 5 Point Likert Scale and GAIS (Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale).

Results: We get acceptable improvements in three evaluation criterias. Improvement of Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) is significant especially in arousal and orgasm subscores. Most of the patients declerate "improved" or "much improved" for GAIS scoring and "good", "very good" and "excellent" for 5 points Likert Scale scoring.

Conclusion: As a conclusion; autolog fat which can be taken easily from abdomen, under local anaesthesia even in office condition, can use as a volumiser and stem cell for female aesthetic genital and sexual disorders.

Thermical stabilized HA usage in vulvovaginal atrophy: first study on 22 women

Objectives: survey on the quality of life and genital symptoms of the vulvo-vaginal atrophy patients treated by free hyaluronic acid injections

Introduction: vulvo-vaginal atrophy (VVA) is a common condition affecting more than the 20% of fertile women and up to the 60% of post-menopausal women. VVA occurs under conditions of spontaneous hypoestrogenism (menopause and post-partum period) or during recurrent vulvo-vaginal infections, causing pain, dyspareunia, burning, itching and dryness, mainly at the posterior fourchette. Histological analysis reported several dermic alterations that need a bio-stimulation treatment.

Materials / method: Subjects: 22 women affected by vestibular disease (6-12 months follow up)
Methods: two deep intradermal injections of stabilized hyaluronic acids with 1-month interval. Evaluation of the treatment impacting the VVA patients assessed with three international validated questionnaires (Visual Analogic Score -VAS; General Quality of life - SF12; Female Sexual Function Index – FSFI). Statistics: Wilcoxon signed-rank test; Anova test.

Results: At 6-12-months follow up, general quality of life (SF12) did not show any significant improvement. On the contrary VVA patients showed significant improvements of genital symptoms (VAS) and sexual function (FSFI) that evidenced important satisfaction (p<0.05)

Conclusion: vaginal free hyaluronic acid injection is a safe, reproducible, effective method to improve vaginal atrophy.

RF treatment of labia minora and majora: a minimally invasive approach to vulva restoration

Objectives: - Describe the use of radiofrequency (bipolar and fractional) for minimally invasive labiaplasty
- Discuss demand for labiaplasty

Introduction: Labiaplasty has rapidly increased in popularity over the past 5 years. Traditional labiaplasty is associated with potential complications such as dehiscence, hematoma, flap necrosis, narrowed introitus, pain, and asymmetry. Minimally invasive techniques such as radiofrequency have emerged as viable alternatives to traditional labiaplasty through a temperature controlled bipolar mechanism to heat tissues to target temperatures of 40-45C. This controlled energy delivery leads to an inflammatory cascade initiating neocollagenesis, angiogenesis, and elastogenesis over the coming 3-4 months

Materials / method: A single surgeon series of labia minora and majora treatment by RF was reviewed between April 2018-October 2019. Demographic data was collected as well grade of hypertrophy (pre/post treatment), number of vaginal deliveries, and reason for treatment. Procedural parameters were recorded, including internal/external temperatures, total energy used, and time of treatment. All adverse events were recorded. Objective and subjective data points were obtained in the form of patient surveys and photographic evaluation.

Results: 45 consecutive patients were treated with bipolar radiofrequency between April 2018-October 2018. Mean age was 44 (29- 54). Average number of pregnancies was 2 (STD 1.1). 15 patients were treated for aesthetic concerns, 12 for functional complaints, and 18 desired improvement in both. Overall graded improvement in labia size/contour was +50% (STD +/-15.3). Patient satisfaction scale data demonstrated 9.5/10 (+/-1.7). All patients (45/45) stated that they would undergo treatment again. In all cases, the surgeon observed tightening of the clitoral hood, introitus, and forchett.

Conclusion: Treatment of labia hyperplasia and laxity with bipolar radiofrequency may potentially fill a treatment gap of females seeking aesthetic and functional improvements without surgical labiaplasty. A powered prospective randomized double blinded study is needed to further elucidate the role of this technology.

Complex treatment for women with ovarian insufficiency and aesthetic or/and functional perineal problems

Objectives: Complex treatment for women with ovarian insufficiency and aesthetic or/and functional perineal problems by means of ovarian rejuvenation (injection into ovaries of platelet growth factors), modified vaginoplasty and perineoplasty.

Introduction: Introduction: Several aesthetic or/and functional perineal conditions are known to be associated with the ovarian insufficiency. In order to solve the problem, there is in our clinic for the first time in Ukraine, the procedure of "rejuvenation of the ovaries" with vaginoplasty and perineoplasty was reformed.

Materials / method: Methods: All patients with ovarian insufficiency and aesthetic or/and functional perineal problems were treated at the Ultrasound pro medical center, during a one-year period were enrolled in a cohort study. Each patient underwent a comprehensive procedure of vaginoplasty, perineoplasty with ovarian rejuvenation – the plasma, enriched with platelets is injected in certain places in both ovaries. Injection is carried out by a gynecologist with a special ultrasound guided needle. The patient is immersed in a medication sleep. After that modified vaginoplasty and perineoplasty is performed.

Results: As a result of this procedure, women may start to have their periods, hormone levels (FSH, LH) return to normal. There is no necessity in medications and hormones for the treatment of early menopause. It has good impact to recovery of perineum and vagina and give longer duration of the results. Wound healing after vaginoplasty and perineoplast finishes 2 -3 weeks earlier.

Conclusion: Results and conclusion: As a result of vaginoplasty and perineoplasty combined with ovarian rejuvenation, women may start to have their periods, hormone levels (FSH, LH) return to normal. There is no necessity in medications and hormones for the treatment of early menopause. the procedure has good impact to recovery after vaginoplasty and perineoplasty and later good outcomes (longer aesthetic and functional satisfaction of woman. Wound healing after vaginoplasty and perineoplasty with PRP injected in ovaries, finishes 2 -3 weeks earlier. Women look better and feel younger and happier comp
