Objectives: Understanding that each one of the diverse surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques has its own indications and limitations.

Introduction: The concept of total facial rejuvenation should include layers, not just superficial but deep layers of the skin. We will show how combined treatments (from several techniques) have better results than individual treatments (with only one technique), and how this type of procedure is part of a new trend in our field today.

Conclusion: The deeper the damage generated during the procedure, the better the results; however, post-operative periods are longer.

1- Divide Lips Analysis in 15 Anatomic Units
2- analise the perioral area
3- Choose the Best technique and the best HA to fill each area

Introduction: Lips treatments have been treated mostly in terms of volume or contour, however they can go far beyond if we consider rejuvenation, prevention, customization and social issues envolved in it . Also include lips in a whole perioral context reducing the amount of product injected in lips by treating the surrounding areas.

Materials / method: Trough cases and techniques the author will descibe her personal experience with this area and the evolution of technique achieved in the last 10 years

Results: Improved skills to recognise small lips deffects ,videos showing different techniques for each deffect and correct product selection in a standardized personal way of rejuvenating, restoring, or shaping lips

Conclusion: The 15 lips areas approach allows phisician to be more accurate precise and improve outcomes in lips/ perioral areas.

Objectives: Rational approach, sequence and techniques of filler injection and thread lift procedures for facial rejuvenation and beautification.

Introduction: There are many signs of an aging face, such as volume loss, depression, wrinkles, folds, laxity, sagging, irregular pigmentations, and changes in skin texture. Many studies have shown these aging signs to be related to degenerative changes in all five layers of the face: bone, deep space and deep fat pads, ligaments and SMAS , superficial fat pads, and skin.

Materials / method: In recent years, thread lifting and filler injection have become increasingly popular worldwide. Combination treatment is one of the trend for minimal invasive approach to aging face and beutification of the face.

Results: Filler injection and thread lift , both methods present are minimal invasive, and may be used in combination for a synergistic effect, especially for the treatment of two major ageing components of sagging and volume deficiency.

Conclusion: In this presentation, I will focus on the principles and practical components for combining filler injection and thread lift procedures for facial rejuvenation and beautification in patients .
