Introduction: The look is a reference on the face, during the 2020 pandemia times in which the use of a mask was mandatory, Aesthetic Medicine clinics received more demand for eye treatment.
Overtime eyebrow tail goes down and the cheekbones lose definition, the appearance ages and the feeling is sadness.
There are surgical options when there is excess skin, blepharoplasty.
Non-surgical options use materials such as hyaluronic acid, biorevitalizers, lasers..., and threads have already been used for decades, primarily non-resorbable such as polypropylene, changing the trend to resorbables, In our case PDO.

Materials / method: 2 PDO spiculated : 3D bidirectional, 21Gx70 mm, thread 140 mm per side.
1 PDO Multifilament threads, 14 monofilament, 23G x60, thread 90 mm per side
Procedure: mark a point under the eyebrow, punch needle 21G, introduce the spiculated threads up to the scalp, vertical and external oblique.
Mark point in temporal fossa/obritarian branch, punch needle 21G, introduce multifilament threads following the inferior orbital branch

Results: The results are immediate, observing an opening of the gaze, in the first 24 hours the eyebrow presents a super-elevated effect that adjusts naturally.
The cheekbone presents definition, and the structures of the cheek are indirectly improved.
In the monthly review we observed an optimization of the results, minimal side effects, edema, erythema and in a small number of cases hematoma that resolved spontaneously.

Conclusion: Eye rejuvenation with PDO threads is a minimally invasive treatment in which immediate results are observed.
Only three threads on each side, small changes, big results.
The cannula with fourteen monofilament threads is capable to produce visible neocollagenesis that produces a natural definition of the cheekbone.
It is very important to achieve scalp with spiculated threads, otherwise the results will last less.
It could be combined with other treatments, such as botulinum toxin that would be applied 15 days before.
We observed a general rejuvenation of the appearance of the face.

Objectives: Aging processes in the face and neck and the request for its correction are one of the most common reasons for middle-aged people to visit plastic surgeons. Aging in the face and neck, although have the same etiologies in most items, different clinical manifestations of them appear. For example, the presence of platysma band, double chin, fading of aesthetic contours, and changing the angles are some of the issues that belong to the neck.

Introduction: various surgical and non-surgical techniques have been introduced to correct the aging processes of the neck, and most of the surgical techniques are combined with facial rejuvenation, which, while having a good effect, sometimes also contains complications. In contrast, non-surgical techniques are associated with very minor side effects, short recovery period, and reasonable cost, so there has been able to be favored.

Materials / method: This study aimed to introduce a new and effective technique for neck rejuvenation as a combination of liposuction to reduce subcutaneous fat content and angulation, as well as lift using Thread for skin contraction. For the patients, the intended markings were designed in a sitting position first, and after the prep and drape, under local anesthesia with the injection of tumescent solution in the anterior space of the neck, neck liposuction was performed through three small incisions under the lobes of the ears and submental liposuction respectively, and so on neck lift was done in each side

Results: Comparing the photographs of people before the intervention and three months later, the results of this technique based on the criteria of theVisual Analog Scale (VAS) and neck wrinkle rating scale using paired T-test analysis with a p-value > 0.05 were significant.

Conclusion: In this way, this technique did not have any complications, it achieved the full satisfaction of the patients, and thus it can be introduced as a suitable method for non-surgical neck rejuvenation.

Introduction: Combination treatments in aesthetic practice has been key to effective and natural-looking results. With the variety of treatments available, it is important that the combination and timing of these treatments are planned and executed properly.

Materials / method: In this lecture, various injectable treatments and a combination of these will be presented by area or indication. These includes toxin, fillers, lipolysis and threads. Short video clips of procedures will be shown as well as subsequent before and after photos.

Results: Depending on the age, shape/morphologic features of the face, and goals of the patient, some or all of these treatments maybe combined to have an excellent outcome while maintaining a natural look. Toxins will address dynamic wrinkles and bulky masseter muscles. Fillers can reshape, give structure or provide volume. Lipolysis can reduce superficial fat, usually the jowl and submental fat. Threads can tighten the skin of the neck, elevate the mid/lower face as well as reposition fat. The other injectable treatments can either be done before, after, or the same day as the thread treatment.

Conclusion: In order to achieve, safe, beautiful and natural-looking outcomes, proper assessment, careful planning, and timely execution must be done. Injectable treatments in combination become powerful tools in aesthetic practice.
