Materials / method: The author’s extensive experience involved managing complications such as:
1. Infection and Migration with Hydrogel:
Managed by complete removal of the product, often requiring additional sessions, with some cases progressing to seromas.
2. Palpable Migration with Hyaluronic Acid:
Treated by puncture and manual expression.
3. Solid Nodules with PMMA:
Addressed with aspiration using a special needle, combined with corticosteroid and 5-fluorouracil.
4. Hematomas and Seromas:
Handled with drainage, compression techniques, and intralesional medication.
Results: Photographic and video evidence before and after treatment, along with detailed management information, demonstrated the effectiveness of the strategies employed. The treatments showed significant success in resolving complications and improving patient outcomes.
