Introduction: -Facial rejuvenation is a wide term and involves treating multiple layers of tissues-starting from skin,subcutaneous fat,SMAS,muscle and bone.The changes related to ageing appear as skin laxity.folds,volume loss,loss of continuous lines,wrinkles and skin quality alterations.With a combination of threads+filler injection we can address volume loss,reposition skin and fat pad and recreate facial contours..At the same time with judicial designing with thread lift procedure we can give results that are closer to a surgical lift.

Materials / method: We selected 30 individuals from our practice ,Alive wellness clinics,India.These individuals had skin laxity and volume loss evident is mid and lower face.Our aim was to correct the face optimally for the best aesthetic outcome.For this purpose first we repositioned fallen tissue in mid face with threads followed by HA filler injections where ever required -i.e tear trough,cheek lift,peri-auricular lift,temple lift,chin recreation and jawline definition.By the combining the two ,the result created gives immediate gratification to the patient which improves over next 1-2months.

Results: By Combining threads with fillers we could achieve high patient satisfaction with immediate visible results.The advantage of these modalities
1. Faster results
2.More control in the injector’s hands-This led to more natural results without the possibility of overuse of HA fillers.
3. Longer lasting Results.
4. Need for Plastic surgery can he delayed or avoided.

Conclusion: Threads and fillers in combination are an effective tool for facial rejuvenation.The results can vary depending on the skill of the Injecting doctor,type of HA fillers and Threads,patient selection and planning+designing the procedure.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect and safety of liposuction combined with Endo Radiofrequency on face and neck contouring under local anesthesia, and the outcome compared with liposuction alone.

Introduction: Increasingly, patients are seeking for minimally invasive or non invasive procedures to tighten skin, treating rhytids and remodel adipose tissue, to ensure a facial and neck rejuvenation with minimal downtime. Materials / method: 4 female patients and 1 male patient, of variable age ranging from 43 to 67, underwent a 2-step combination treatment in which Endo Radiofrequency is applied after liposuction. The area of the treatment was prepared with a tumescent infiltration using classical Klein solution 20 minutes prior to the procedure. The liposuction was performed using a 1,5-2mm two holes standard cannula. Immediately after liposuction the Endo Radiofrequency percutaneous thermoregulated cannula was inserted in the subcutaneous layer administering energy until 55°-57°C were reached. Results: All patients were followed up for a minimum of 6 months. The mean amount of fat aspirated was 15 mL. No side effects were reported after the procedure except for mild edema and bruises that resolved within a week. Based on the GAIS scale a “marked improvement” 6 months post procedure were found in all of the patients.

Conclusion: In appropriately patients, Endo Radiofrequency combined with liposuction for neck and face contouring represent a safe procedure to achieve significant improvement of the skin laxity and fat deposits of cheeks and jowls and a decrease in the cervicomental angle.
