Dr. Ryan WELTER

Ryan Welter MD PhD is a distinguished physician at the forefront of regenerative medicine technology with a unique focus on cometic regenerative medicine and regenerative longevity. His expertise spans the realms of Cosmetic and Hair Restoration Surgery, making him a highly sought-after specialist and speaker.  He has presented his work throughout the world speaking on the fields of Longevity and Regenerative Medicine as well as Cosmetic Surgery and Regenerative Hair Restoration.  
Dr. Welter earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma and his Doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular biology at Oklahoma State University.  He completed his Residency at Brown University and remained a clinical Associate Professor in Medicine until 2019.  
Dr. Welter pioneered the use of microFUE using sub-millimeter punches to extract individual follicles with precision and reduced trauma increasing harvest yields and better transplant results.     He was also a first adopter of cellular therapy for hair advancing the use of activated platelet rich plasma in 2006 to stimulate hair growth for both men and women.  In 2011, he was the first to use stromal vascular fraction treatment for hair loss using autologous derived stem cells to stimulate the follicular niche to progress to anagen.  

His background in biochemistry and molecular biology has placed him in a unique position as he merged his clinical practice in hair restoration with his interests in regenerative medicine, allowing him to explore clinical applications for his patients that might otherwise be unavailable.   Ultimately Dr. Welter founded Regeneris Medical which focuses on cell based therapies, longevity, health, wellness and beauty.
