I have used just one injection on each upper and lower vermillion thus just 4 injection points in total, low G-prime HA and depending on patient’s need using 0.5 to 1 ml in total. The injection is given retrograde with a pinch to the vermilion border so you can feel the volume given rather than seeing the effect.
