Цели: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of high-power monopolar radiofrequency for skin laxity in multiple body regions and to assess the effect of a dual-timing protocol using hybrid hyaluronic acid applied 30 days before and immediately after RF. The goal was to determine whether this combined approach enhances tissue quality, laxity reduction, and patient satisfaction compared with RF alone, using standardized physician-based and patient-reported evaluation tools. Введение: High-power monopolar radiofrequency induces controlled deep tissue heating and collagen remodeling, making it a relevant non-invasive option for treating skin laxity. Hybrid hyaluronic acid improves hydration, elasticity, and extracellular matrix activity. Administering hybrid HA 30 days before RF may optimize baseline tissue responsiveness, while its application immediately after RF may potentiate remodeling. This dual-timing strategy may provide synergistic improvements in multiple body areas. Материалы / методы: A retrospective case series of 12 female patients with postpartum or age-related skin laxity treated with high-power monopolar RF in abdomen, arms, inner thighs, knees, and other areas. Six patients received a dual-timing hybrid HA protocol: one session 30 days before RF and another immediately after. Outcomes included a validated cutaneous laxity scale, GAIS assessed by independent dermatologists, patient satisfaction scores, and standardized photographic comparisons for qualitative evaluation. Результаты: Clinically meaningful improvement was observed in 11 of 12 patients after 1–2 sessions of high-power RF. Abdomen and arms showed the greatest mean laxity reduction (1–1.3 points). Knees and inner thighs demonstrated consistent improvements of 50–70%. Patients treated with the dual-timing hybrid HA protocol showed enhanced firmness, smoother contours, and higher GAIS and satisfaction scores when compared with RF alone. No adverse events, complications, or downtime-limiting reactions were reported. Заключение: High-power monopolar radiofrequency produced effective improvement in skin laxity across multiple body regions with minimal discomfort and no adverse events. The dual-timing hybrid HA protocol—administered both before and immediately after RF—further enhanced dermal quality, firmness, and patient-reported satisfaction, suggesting a synergistic effect. This combined strategy represents a safe, versatile, and clinically meaningful approach for managing postpartum and age-related skin laxity.
